Our Optimum fine-gauge, passivated stainless steel fluid dispensing tips are ideal for use when manufacturing mobile devices, fiber optics, medical devices, and other products where extremely small, precise fluid deposits are required. For micro-deposits select 27 ga, 30 ga, 32 ga, or 33 ga dispensing tips and consider using a dispense valve such as the xQR41 Series MicroDot™ needle valve with a 60% smaller form factor for ease of dispensing into tight spaces or at complex angles, or for mounting close together for higher throughput.
