The SolderPlus® Dispensing Solder Paste offers premium dispensers for past formulation that is supported by a good set of solder application from the provider. Solder paste are fine pitched, low residue paste with increased wetting that is halide free and lead free equipped with a shiny fillet. It also features a UV traceability and pin transfer with dipping formulations. Solder paste is ideally used in a stainless steel surface where it can have more than 6 minutes of recycling time that can be done while setting up a flex circuit or an EFD that makes the solder paste reached your expectations.
