Description

Mechanically connected, screw-in speed encoder with square wave output signal. • Cost-effective speed sensor with square wave output signal. • Can be mounted directly instead of using a flexible shaft. • Can be loaded with 50 mA SINK and 20 mA LOAD. • High EMC protection for harsh electrical environments. • For harsh environments up to IP67. Description Speed encoders of type NAD2 are screw-in, mechanically connected 1-channel aluminium speed encoders. They measure speed in accordance with the difference-hall-effect principle. The mechanical connection is realised either via a connecting shaft with groove or a connecting shaft with blade. These speed encoders are suitable for acquiring shaft speeds.
