These diamond and CBN wheels are using vitreous and porcelain bonds. This wheel is porous and is composed of the three elements. This wheel has the strongest holding power next to the metal bonded wheel with small elastic deformation, excellent shape maintainability, and high sharpness, and is sutable for precision grinding. A super high-speed grinding wheel that rotates at a wheel speed of 200 m/s has been put to practical use.
This general purpose, large pore, low concentration vitrified CBN wheel is constantly in stock for quick delivery. This wheel can be used with existing grinding machines at a far better grinding ratio compared to a conventional grinding wheel. This wheel can be dressed by single point dresser.
