Grinding wheel
MIRRORLU Noritake Abrasives

This grinding wheel uses a phenol themal hardening resin liquid or powder as the bond, and is used for a wide range of application from high efficiency, heavy-duty grinding utilizing its extreme toughness to light-duty wet grinding and polishing utilizing its elasticity. Typical grinding wheels are the heavy-duty 3-Z grinding wheel, steel ball Z grinding wheel, double disc grinding wheel, roll grinding wheel and tool grinding wheel. The MIRRORLU grinding wheel which is specialized for mirror finishing is also available.
Grinding is thought to be an extremely inefficient work. However, the MIRRORLU grinding wheel is capable of handling a wide range of polishing work from rough polishing to mirror finishing. Grinding wheels ranging from #60 to #2000 grain size, and from 10 to 60% porosity are available.
