CBN grinding wheel

There are diamond and CBN wheels using Co, Cu-Sn,Fe,Ni or other metal powder as the bond which features excellent resistance to high temperatures and deterioration, and excellent heat dissipation. It also features the highest abrasive grain holding power of all grinding wheels and has a long life. The metal diamond wheel is mostly used for grinding glass, ceramics and other non-ferrous metals, and is also used for precision grinding utilizing its high conductivity.
Though this is a metal bonded wheel, its performance is in-between that of metal bond and resin bond in terms of bonding strength. Its heat resistance is better than resin bonded wheels and grinds better than normal metal bonded wheels. It is also suitable for high performance grinding such as rotary creep feed grinding.
