Far infrared heating acts directly on the work, exciting thermal motion thereby increasing the temperature without heat losses as there is no heat transfer medium. This allows low running cost.
Reduced Heating Time
Far infrared rays evenly penetrate the work creating only minute temperature differences between the surfaces and inner areas. For this reason, materials can be heated evenly but quickly greatly reducing heating times.
Uniform Heating
Our heaters are controlled separately enabling our furnace to heat uniformly or to apply differential heating to specific areas of the material.
