This is a grinding wheel using feldspar and inorganic slay as the bond, and is used in a wide variety of primarily precision grinding. Due to the recent technological advances, porous, high wheel speed, machine speed, extremely fine particle, and micron self-sharpening types as well as other types of high performance vitrified grinding wheel(CX grinding wheel) are available.
Hardened alloy steel, which is usually difficult to grind with a general abrasive grinding wheel, can be ground without problem. This wheel has many notable advantages in grinding general steels such as extended dressing life and improved productivity.
