Applications
The different suction, blast and transport hoses NORRES PROTAPE®, AIRDUC®, CP are especially suitable for the chemical industry with/ and the following applications:
- in areas liable to contain explosive mixtures (explosion protection) (ATEX)
- for aggressive solids such as dust, powder and fibres
- for aggressive gaseous media such as vapors and smoke
- for de-dusting and suction plants
- for vacuum cleaners, conveying systems, blowers and compressors
- for asbestos sanitation

Some properties of NORRES Chemical Hoses
- extremely good resistance to chemicals
- conforms to the requirements of the European ATEX guideline
- capable of electro-static discharge (according to BGR 132, formerly ZH 1/200) by grounding the spiral
- flexible

Temperature Range
-200 °C up to 250 °C (short time to +270 °C approx.)

Wall thickness
0.4 – 0.8 mm
