Abrasion resistant polyurethane hose NORRES Schlauchtechnik

Compared with many other plastic hoses, NORRES polyurethane hoses (PUR) (AIRDUC, NORFLEX, NORPLAST, PROTAPE and TIMBERDUC) have the following distinguishing characteristics depending on type:
- less wear (about 2.5 to 5 times better than rubber and about 3 to 4 times better than many soft PVC), better service life in pumping processes
- light and flexible
- it is possible to observe the pumping and transport process with transparent and partially-coloured hoses
- excellent mechanical strength
- good chemical resistance
- good resistance to UV and weathering

Applications
Universal and abrasion-proof suction, transport and blast hoses, especially suitable (light to super heavy hoses):
- for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibres, chips, granulates
- for gaseous and liquid media
- for de-dusting and suction plants, industrial vacuum cleaners, suction of paper and textile fibres, granulate conveying systems, printing machines, blowers and compressors
- for roof gravel conveying, silo loading
- as conveying and head hose for suction vehicles, as conveying hose in glassworks, steel works
- as resistant protections hose

Temperature Range
-40 °C approx. up to +90 °C (short time to +125 °C approx.)

Wall thickness:
0.4 - 6.0 mm
