Electrically conductive NORRES hoses are capable of electro-static discharge (according to BGR 132, formerly ZH 1/200) by grounding the spiral and are conform to the requirements of the European ATEX guideline

Applications
Abrasion-proof and electrically conductive suction and transport hoses, especially suitable (different construction)
- in areas liable to contain explosive mixtures (explosion protection)
- for abrasive solids such as dust, powder, fibres, chips and granulates
- for aggressive gaseous and liquid media
- for de-dusting and suction plants, industrial vacuum cleaners, suction of paper and textile fibres, for silo vehicles, as conveying hose in glassworks, docks, steelworks, stone pits, shipyards, cementworks etc.
- as robust protection hose
