The H01 units are Linear Guides Units with ball or plain bearings for the LinMot P01-series Linear Motors.

The Linear Guide Units eliminate the effects side loading on the LinMot Linear Motors. Payloads may be mounted directly on the front plate. Front plate and mounting possibilities of the Linear Guide Units are compatible to pneumatic H-Guides.

The high precision shafts are guided with low friction recirculating ball bearings or plain bearings. Plain bearings are mainly used in applications with harsh or wet environment (stainless steel shafts). For high dynamic applications with high accelerations exceeding 50m/s2 it is recommended to use the plain bearing version.

The complete Linear Module (H01 Linear Guide with LinMot Linear Motor P01) is a high dynamic, multi position element offering extremely high dynamics and extended life. The LM01 Modules provide precise positioning in packaging machines, assembling lines, textile machines and handling applications.

Mounting dimensions are identical to standard pneumatic H-Guides.
