Double linear module with ball screw drive

Linear screw modules in the AXDL S range are constructed around a special aluminium profile, with two guide systems in parallel and a ball screw or trapezoidal screw drive system. Several diameters and thread pitches are available, depending on the model.
In the basic version, the guides are protected by two sealed protection bands and lateral seals on the carriage.

The aluminium profiles serving as the basis for this range are available in three sizes (110x45, 160x65, and 240x100mm). Their specially machined monobloc section gives them excellent rigidity against bending.
They can be equipped with a linear ball rail system, depending on the loads and fitting conditions.

Several optional items of equipment can be offered to complement the AXDL-S range:
* Bell housings for most of the motors on the market.
* Deflection belt drive possibly including a reduction.
* Mechanical or inductive end stop sensors.
* Additional ball screw housings.
* Fixing parts or kits for the creation of multi-axis assemblies.
