Drawn cup needle roller bearing
NTN-SNR
The needle sleeves are the needle bearing family with the thinnest outer ring section, contributing to a reduction in space and cost.
The outer ring is produced by pressing, produced from precision strip.
Needle sleeves can only support purely radial loads.
During assembly, the outer ring is swaged into a rigid housing; the housing's geometry is therefore of primary importance for the correct operation of the bearing. The hardness and roughness of the raceway are provided by the characteristics of the pressing.
The range comprises sleeves with a base (HK) or without (BK), with a single (...L) or double (...LL) sealing or two rows of needles (...ZW). There is also a range with dimensions in inches (DCL or SCE).
Dimensions: 3 to 50 mm
