Solar reference cell with temperature sensor

Solar Reference Cells from OAI are designed for calibrating the irradiance of solar simulators used in testing solar cells. OAI Solar Reference Cells consist of a 2cm x 2cm photovoltaic cell encased in a metal enclosure with a protective window and a temperature sensor. The temperature sensor can be either a Type-K thermocouple or a Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD). Standard reference cell calibration cycles can be set up by OAI's calibration laboratory to insure that your reference cell maintains certification.
