Depalletiser for loose containers
Dorado is the line of depalletisers designed to depalletise loose containers. There are 3 models available:
Dorado LF
A fixed-pallet machine designed to depalletise containers such as plastic bottles, glass, jars and cans, including very unstable and irregular shapes. The system consents transferring the layer on the outfeed pallet by means of a self-adjusting gripping head, while the layer below is blocked by two perimetral guides, thus avoiding accidental dropping of the containers. The gripping head raises a few mm to avoid rubbing against the layer-pad during translation of the layer onto the transfer table.
Maximum output: 4 layers/minute.
Dorado HMB and Dorado HMC
The high level model reaches higher output speeds (up to 6 layers/min). The mobile-pallet container unloading system is equipped with full-height lateral pallet guides. Layer transfer is carried out by means of a gripping head with self-centering guides in the model for bottles (Dorado HMB) or by means of a rotating pusher with a front stabilising bar in the model for tin cans (Dorado HMC).
Maximum output: 6 layers/minute.
