OCS Overhead Conveyor System
This hanging conveyor is foremost used in assembly lines, manufacturing processes, paintings and order picking. Trolleys are transported through the system by four slanted wheels pressed against a rotating tube. One can combine driven and manual sections or set up a drive on manual sections retrospectively. OCS hanging conveying system contains Power & Free buffering technique. Switches, elevators, curves, inclines and adjustments are made for each individual need. The trolleys handle cargo weights up to 500 kg. The drive is simple and clean with no greasing and runs at a low sound level. Drive speed can be varied from 1 up to 30 m/min depending on gear ratio. Different sections of the system can utilize different speed and forward / backward on the same section. The system manages transporting cargo in 25° inclines and declines.
