The 3-phase asynchronous low inertia motors of the HQLa_Li Sincrovert® series have been designed and built to meet requests for high torque output from the sort of highly dynamic motor typically used on modern production lines. The motor was designed and developed using the very latest technology to minimize rotary inertia and guarantee a particularly advantageous relationship between nominal torque and rotary inertia.
The construction of the rotor is particularly complex with high-quality materials assembled and worked by qualified
personnel.
These motors produce very high acceleration and a dynamic high performance with minimum energy usage. The quadrangular shape of the motor is produced with a lamellar stator that has ventilation ducts integrated directly in the magnetic laminations. The result is a particularly
strong and compact structure, with excellent thermal efficiency. Painstaking care was taking with the design of the rotor ventilation, guaranteeing reliable operation and uniform cooling of the parts subject to thermal stress. The ventilation system has been optimized and oversized so the motor can operate
without particular problems even in the
harshest environmental conditions.
