DESCRIPTION
The automatic hooding machine modello Stretch IS43 packs palletized products with tubular stretching film. The rear part of the machine prepares the bags, while the front part carries out the actual hooding.
A mechanical taking system brings the bag vertically to the top of the arch; the film is first crumpled up on four devices, and it is then stretched and adapted to the load. The machine is delivered enbloc and it can be installed on any type of conveying system.
The IS43 can come with one, two or three coils with tubular film of the same and/or different formats. In the version with a double or triple coil, the film guide group is installed on the traslating carriage to automacally put in line the most appropriate coil for the product to be packed thus saving on film.
All functions are managed by a PLC which controls all automatic and manual operations. An operator is needed only to change the film coil.
