With 59 Gratings-related patents, OFS is a leader in the creation and production of fiber Bragg gratings. We offer a full array of FBG types, such as Stablizer gratings, High Reflector Gratings, Wide Band gratings, Long Period gratings, and Fiber Arrays. We’ve developed capabilities for write-through coatings, where the acrylate does not need to be stripped from the fiber in order to write a grating, and we’ve recently developed the ability to write gratings in high-temperature fibers coated with our proprietary high-temperature PYROCOAT™ polyimide.
