The usual model of a trickle deaerators is a horizontal feed water container with a mounted trickle deaerator. The heating steam is injected through a central distribution tube between the trickle racks. The feed water to be deaerated drips over trickle levels and receives a transverse steam flow. The well-proven OHL trickle elements guarantee a centric condensation discharge over all load ranges. Therefore, the condensation is effectively washed over by steam under all operating conditions. The exhaust vapours are extracted through the operating ventilation, upwards, from the deaerators and, if requested, post-condensed in an exhaust vapour condenser.
