OILES 2000 Sintered multi-layered bearing is infused with distributed solid lubricant and the regular product is not completely finished and tailor made. The OILES 2000 Straight Bushings (CLB) serve well for several purposes particularly for mobility of assigned direction with wear resistance. The CWI OILES 2000 is a composite multi-layer bearing that is made of sinistered materials and is utilized as a steel and surface material as backing material. The sinistered layers are made of special copper grade alloy that has evenly distributed solid lubricant, where the main ingredient is graphite. Adding to this, these sinistered layers have been manufactured by the oil impregnation process.
