OKUMA
The Okuma LVT is a vertical turning lathe that provides the basis for an automated production line. The LVT is able to load and unload parts on its own, thanks to the overhead location of the chuck which can easily lower and grasp each part. The vertical spindle and moving headstock provides maximum efficiency and better chip control, resulting in faster production. LVT lathes are substantially heavier than competitive vertical lathes resulting in increasing rigidity and accuracy.
