Our new hammer mill BM220 allows you to pulverize sawdust, shredded straw, German wheats... to be in a hurry in combustible, or food pellets for the cattle or pisciculture. This machine is perfect in combination with pelletisor GR220 or GR300E.
For chips an average thickness which exceeds 5mm, prefer crusher BM370. But they can be several cm length.
The plates or the large ones shredded must be beforehand reduced in one of our choppers/refiners provided with a sieve with 6 or 8mm.
For the first customers the platform with the staircase will be delivered free with.
The blower of 3kW (in option), will enable you to fill a silo, via our cyclone, until a height of 15m or to feed our structure of filtration (in option).
It is equipped with two grids, with fast extraction, with holes 0,8 and 1mm and are a thickness of 3mm. This double granulometry, as in industry, makes it possible the fine matter to better run out. It is strongly advised to put a conditioner ETKN2000 under the cyclone to supply the granulator.
