Multi-lane vertical FFS bagger OMAG

The Omag C3 for granules and free flowing products is available in configurations from 2 up to 12 lanes and allows to pack all granular products such as: crystal sugar, sweeteners, salt, pepper, tea, sugar based soft drink powders, chemical and pharmaceutical granules, etc. under four side seals sachets.

Sachet size: On version up to 3 lanes the sachet size is fully adjustable, within certain limits, on both width and length. On machines from 4 lanes onwards, width has a pre-selected size whilst length, in most cases, remains adjustable. Depending on the considered unit, the sachet size can vary from a minimum of 35 x 40 mm up to a maximum of 150 x 220 mm. The machine is manufactured for actual working width from 200 up to 500 mm than can be divided into a number of lanes which depends on the considered individual sachet width. Special versions for different sachet size can be designed on request.

Dosing system: by oscillating hopper and twin set o distributing cups. The dose adjustability range is within a volume ratio of 1:2.

Speed: depending on the volume to be packed, the machine can achieve up to 200 strokes/minute and output will be proportional to the number of lanes of the considered unit. The C3 is a continuous motion machine starting from one reel of heat-sealable packaging film and performing sachets with print centering on both sides. It is a mainly mechanical unit with an electronic card controlling the main operating processes. The operation, the adjustment and the maintenance are definitely simple and do not require any especially skilled staff.
