Stickpack FFS bagging machine OMAG

Multi-lane vertical tubular machine to fill and pack various types of products in single-dose stick-packs.

The intermittent motion unit of OMAG's mod. CS starts from heat-sealable film fed from the reel, cuts it into the number of webs corresponding to the number of lanes and, through small folding shoulders, performs tubes that are first sealed lengthwise by heated bars (Fin-seal) . Then, the bottom cross seal is performed, the product is dosed and dropped into the bag, the top cross seal is performed and the cross cut/separation of the stick-packs are then out fed on a belt conveyor. The cross cut is performed by its specific cutting device, separate from the sealing device.

Dosing systems:

Variable volumetric filler with oscillating hoppers and twin set of distributing cups.
Granular and free flowing products /
doses up to 30 cc.

Auger filler with independent BRUSHLESS POWERING on each lane.
Powdery, dusty, non free flowing products / doses up to 30 cc.

Filler with timed electro-valves / dose by cycle - timer.
Liquid products / doses up to 30 cc.
Different flavours possible.

Pump filler with rotating valve distribution and shrinking system at end of dose unload.
High viscosity, low viscosity and liquid products / doses up to 30 cc.

All fillers are micro-metrically adjustable while machine is running and can be previously (before start) fine-adjusted on each single lane independently.
