OMAG
The OMAG C3/1, one-lane-version, is the most versatile machine of the C3 product line.
It can be used for all product types and, without changing parts, is able to produce sachets dimensions from minimum 50 x 85 mm up to a maximum of 140 x 220 mm, with doses from 1 to 250 cc.
It can be equipped with different dosing systems:
Volumetric filler (for free flowing granular products)
Auger filler (for non free flowing powdery products)
Pump filler (for liquid, viscous and pasty products)
Vibrating filler with counting unit (single units/pieces)
In its Two-lanes-version, namely OMAG C3/2, the sachets dimensions can range from a minimum of 45 x 70 mm to a maximum of 70 x 150 mm, with doses from min. 1 to max. 50 cc.
The picture shows the machine fitted with telescopic cup dosing system for granules and free flowing products. The second filler, by auger filler, for powders and non free-flowing products, can be easily rotated aside and re-set on working position in a few minutes.
PLC- Control-program system + keyboard OMRON TOUCH SCREEN allows to set up and modify the synchronism of the machine and memorize up to 10 different working programs.
