This is a fixed saw, located near the press platen (based on the overall dimensions of the press), opposite side of the operator. The saw carries out the cut of the profile controlled by the operator. Thanks to longitudinal guides, the upper carriage allows the blade to cut the profile. Under the saw blade is located a chip conveying tray which, by gravity, falls behind the saw inside a collection box. Due to the limited number of cuts, the saw is not provided with chip aspirator. The saw is equipped with blade lubrication. The cycle is always verified by the control system integrated on the PLC. All motions of the cutting machine are electrically controlled.
