OMAV can engineer and manufacture die cleaning equipment according to the latest technology. The system is fully automated, starting from the charging phase of solution till unloading the dies. The operator is required only to set the concentration of solution and the recipe (time, temperature, type of final washing) to be used. All the parameters of reaction (temperature, development of hydrogen, concentration of solution, etc.) are monitored and kept under control in order to optimize the times and efficiency of the process and most of all the repeatability.
