With the machines in the "CIGNO" series, FTV 30/20, FTV 60/40 and FTV 800/380, we wish to provide effective help towards solving the problem of the moulding together of great range of particulars with inserts, from the medium/small ones to the big size ones, by manual or automatic loading.

The bridge structure offers a notable space between the columns and this makes these machines very versatile and ideal for fitting moulds or insert at big sizes As the base of the rotary table is fitted with vertical shelves, the machines can be combined with loading/unloading robot or operating units complementary to the moulding cycle can be added. The original design of the closing system with the double movement of the plates means that the rotary table can be made at big sizes and relatively light and can rotate and be positioned very quickly. The rotary table is operated by an hydraulic motor, it has an hourly rotation movement and can be divided into the necessary fixed number of stations; the machines can be supplied in the model with electronic control in order to get two or more stations combinations (for example 2/4 or ¾) that can be selected from computer.
