Shot blasting machine for gas cylinder
OMSG - OFFICINE MECCANICHE SAN GIORGIO SpA

Plant bound to the automatic shot blasting of the outside surface of gas bottles and cylindrical bodies.

Thanks to a special biconic roller conveyor, the pieces turn and progress at the same time exposing then all their surface at the shot flow thrown by the OMSG patented wheels .

The removal of oxide , calamine, paint is done by the impact of the metallic shot on the surface.

This machine can be integrated with automatic loading and unloading system.

OMSG offers also a "low cost" version of this machine, type RB, with manual loading and unloading.
