Shot blasting machine for metallic wire and bar

of wire and bar using steel shot media abrasive.
The high through put speed is achieved by the use of multi wheels and special deflector plates which concentrate the media abrasive on to the wire or bar being descaled.
SWS machine can be in-line positioned, prior the drawing benches or integrated in gauging or other bar cold working lines.
They may also be employed off line making use of coiling machines or appropriate roller conveyors.
