With a 24-mandrels round configuration, the machine has absolutely innovative technical solutions, and can reach a production speed of upto 150 pcs/min, depending on diameter and length of the tube. The standard version has 6 print groups (therefore it can print up to a maximum of 6 colours), with the possibility of an additional station for lacquering, and of further applications for auxiliary operations. Registration between colours is very accurate, since it can ensure tolerances of +/- 0,02 mm, thanks to registration systems driven by servo-motors. Mandrels are also driven by individual servo-motors (no gear is foreseen), and allow a very simple and quick change-over. Registration of screens and squeegees is achieved through servo-motors, by electrical timing of all print and container handling axis (loading unloading, etc.) The temperature in the press is kept constant during the whole operation by a control system fitted inside the machine. Intermediate curing is achieved through water-cooled UV lamps. Stations are available for the application of an inspection system, for the control of the print quality, and for an integrated telematic technical service. Machine mod.
