Description
With a maximum opening of 500 mm with respect to the diameter to be crimped, S500 ES crimping machine is able to crimp industrial hoses up to 12'' with big flanges, thanks to the extra stroke of its dies holders.
MAIN FEATURES:
- ES4 Siemens PLC control with 7'' color touch-screen display;
- self lubricating moving components;
- new silent pump;
- "6 o'clock fixed position" of the die for greater stability of the hose during crimping;
- particularly narrow crimping head to crimp hose ends with large flanges or 90° fittings;
- back limit switch;
- protractor for orientation fittings;

- mobile control board.
