CD5 series is the highly balanced laser displacement sensor with high resolution, high linearity, high stability and high operationality.

Range: 30mm, 85mm, 350mm, 500mm, 2000mm for diffuse type
25mm for specular type
Linearity: +/-0.05%F.S. for 85mm type, +/-0.08%F.S. for 25/30/350/500mm type, +/-0.1%F.S. for 2000mm type
Resolution: 0.02um(25mm type) ~ 10um(500mm type) ~ 30um(2000mm type)

Up to 3 sensor heads can be connected to one controller.
Using 3 result from 3 sensor heads, you can calculate variously, for example: levelness, contortion, warpage, area, capacity, thickness, etc.

Sensor head can measure by it self and controled through RS422 without controller.

16 Banks are available. 5 outputs are available with individual threshold.
Easy setup by backlit ten-key.
