TroubleBox is a high speed digital video recording system designed to significantly improve the accuracy of diagnostic analysis and maintenance operations in industrial applications. TroubleBox is designed to continuously film industrial processes as well as specific areas of a production line. TroubleBox's powerful algorithms continuously and automatically process and analyze every image frame, seeking a predefined trigger in the image in order to raise an alarm and capture the process events.

Through the capture of high speed events, users are able to closely examine a sequence, either frame by frame, or by using the slow motion playback mode in order to fully understand their high speed processes. This vital information allows them to optimize machine settings or to perform the necessary adjustments to their production line. TroubleBox is simple to configure and can be seamlessly installed as a full time production line supervision system. A wide range of cameras and accessories enable TroubleBox to solve complex problems, whilst providing the versatility to operate in a wide field of applications.
