Optrel b100 serie is manufactured from high-grade thermoplastic resin. The excellent temperature and resistance properties of this material make an ideal fit with the modern, ergonomic form. The Optrel b100 serie is primarily recommended for welders who require a dependable basic product. For occasional electrode welding jobs, they offer an affordable solution for good, reliable eye and facial protection suitable for applications up to around 100 °C.

Optrel b110: Welding handshield in high-grade thermoplastic resin material with pluggable ergonomic support handle. Included is a weldingspatter proof front cover lens (Thermodur®) and a welding lens DIN 11, which protects permanently against UV-&IR-radiation.
