Hydra-Pneumatic Riveter

With the first major innovation since the 1920s, Orbitform has given rivets a smooth new ride. The HP2000 hydra-pneumatic impact riveter is more controllable and adaptable than any impact riveting machine on the market today. Available with up to a 24 inch throat, the HP2000 can autofeed and quickly set solid rivets up to 7/16 inch diameter.

The HP2000 can automatically compensate for minor material thickness or rivet length variances for consistent results. Setting pressure can be accurately controlled, allowing for use on brittle or fragile parts as well as heavy-duty applications.
