Orbitform Group's line of orbital pedestal machines are stand-alone designed for large forming applications. These pedestal machines have built-in height adjustment tables for comfortable work positioning and unrestricted access.

These pedistal machines are designed for larger forms and are composed of a fixed powerhead with an adjustable saddle attached to a heavy duty steel frame. Features of their reliable and durable construction include:

*Precise forming of up to 1.50" finished head diameter (mild steel) or equivalent cross section
*Max downward force ranging from 4400 lbs to 38500 lbs
*Adjustable stroke ranging from .06" to 6.00"
*Vertical head height adjustment of ±1.0" (25.4mm)
*Vertical saddle height adjustment of 10-12" (254-304.8mm)

For regular and large parts that require loading clearance under the peen tool, Orbitform Group's pedestal machines are the answer. These stand alone machines are available in single, multi-form or roller form configurations.
