The RBK Series combines a stepping motor with a DC input microstep driver. The RBK Series is available with either a standard, high-torque terminal box or PL geared stepping motor. Models equipped with an encoder are also available. The RBK Series includes Oriental Motor's proprietary Smooth Drive Function to easily achieve low-vibration operation.
The Smooth Drive Function automatically controls the motor's microstep drive operation at the same travel and speed as in the full-step mode, without the operator having to change the speed settings of the driver's pulse input. It enables low-vibration operation available with the microstepping drive to be achieved with the flick of a switch.
