The 3RP series hydraulic thread & profile rolling machines are equipped with 3 rolling spindles with 3 moving heads.
The machines can be controlled by means of the PLC or CNC and have power ranging from 10 to 150 tons. They have been developed to roll any type of thread and profile on tubes from a minimum diameter of 6.35 mm to a maximum diameter of 300 mm.The 3RP series machines are particularly beneficial for plunge or thru-feed rolling operations on both hollow and solid components with large diameters.
