The simultaneous presetting and clamping of tools has been implemented consistently in this high-end system. After the actual dimension is set, the tool is shrunk to the required dimension fully automatically. The system is designed so that other conventional clamping systems (e.g. draw-in collet chucks) can be preset. The extremely stiff total construction guarantees high setting accuracies.

ISG3200
The universal shrinking system for the professional use of the shrinking technique. With the unique coil changing system the energy coupling is adapted optimally to the die chuck used in each case. This enables the smallest tool dimensions (5-50 mm) in HSS and even down to 3 mm in HM to be clamped. Four integrated fans facilitate the fast and uniform cooling of the die chuck.
