The NHL 124 provides a precise motion in the nanometer range for travels up to 290 mm, quickly and easily. Its special technology and its accuracy in the nanometer range make the new positioning stage perfect for use in applications requiring highest precision.
Due to the special drive technology, the integrated high-resolution linear measuring system enables in closed-loop operation a fine adjustment with a travel over a few micrometers - for highest positioning accuracy and repeatability in the nanometer range. A quick and rough positioning in the micrometer range is achieved via spindle.
The special design of the NHL 124 enables - for nanopositioners unusual - high loads up to 150 N.
The basic components of the hybrid linear stage are made of high strength aluminium. The top quality black anodized protective coating of the aluminium parts prevents reflections or stray light almost completely.
Multi-axes combinations can also be realized.
