7 x 7 / 12 x 12 mm | SP 40 / 60 Series OWIS

The variable SP 40 slit has a maximum aperture of 7 x 7 mm. It consists of four independently adjustable masks, so that, within a 7 x 7 mm area, any desired size and position of rectangular aperture may be defined. To close SP 40 slit, it is only necessary to move only one mask.

Slit 60
The variable SP 60 slit has a maximum aperture of 12 x 12 mm. It consists of four independently adjustable masks, so that, within a 12 x 12 mm area, any desired size and position of rectangular aperture may be defined. To close SP 60 slit, it is only necessary to move only one mask. The beam height of the SYS 65 can be reached using the slide RT 65-25-R-H.
