The PMI-MASTER is a portable universal spectrometer for alloy sorting. The instrument provides a quick and precise analytical overview of all common materials with a Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Ti and CO base.
The measurement is initiated by an "easy to hold" pistol which does not required extensive training to use. The material grade or chemical composition appears in seconds on the integrated flat screen and can be printed with an external printer.
Data is entered in the Windows GUI (Graphic user interface) via an integrated TFT "touch screen" panel, making the instrument easy to operate even in adverse environments. Depending upon the requirements the instrument offers three different operation modes; one for sorting; one to do Grade ID; and another to do complete analysis of metals.
