The OYSTAR A F Speedline, for example, produces up to 60 trays/cases per minute, with absolute accuracy in form and dimensions, thanks to the utilisation of servo technology. It is their "core folding" concept that has enabled OYSTAR A F to combine the requirements of speed and accuracy. All folding and forming operations are carried out against rigid counter formers whereby all movements are either servo motor or cam driven.
