The OYSTAR Dawson 'Level' Filling and Capping machine can be offered in a number of sizes, giving a wide range of output speeds and differing container size options. The machines can be supplied with integral capping options, which are driven and controlled by the filling machine, remaining in complete synchronization at all times, and changing speed in line with the required machine output.
Wipe-on, Descending Head, or Pick and Place capping options are available dependent on the style of cap and the required output speed. Each application can be used for push-on caps, or as over-capping on heat-sealed foil applications. Precision container handling locates the container accurately during capping.
