Spry cleaning systems suit various appliances, especially the cleaning of those components that can't be immersed into a tank because of their geometrical features, such as pots, glasses, saucepans, etc... These systems consist of mono-tanks cabs or tunnels with the feed of the parts through a worm gear mechanism, made of plastic material for the small and delicate components. The quality of the treatment depends on the typology and on the disposition of the nozzles and on the number of the stations. Even if the spray cleaning provides a good quality of cleaning, it won't reach every zone of the components, especialy those ones which have a complex geometry. Therefore they could present parts less clean than others. According to the needs the transport system can advance continually, at adjustable speed or at steps that can be planned.
