The series Synchro 01 cleaning systems represent a very flexible cleaning system and so it can be adapted to a lot of industrial sectors. The exclusive solution of this kind of plant makes the Synchro 01 cleaning machine able to clean up to 1500 kg/h of components. The cleaning cycle with water and detergent is completed by rise and drying made at 50°C. The components continually turn around the axis of the basket; this technic permits to obtain a very good cleaning, and it effectivly eliminates the chips, too. Complitely configurable, this machine finds an application in the cleaning of polyurethan solesbefore their painting, in place of the actual and much more pollutant systems.
