Fluor'X is available in a high- and low-power version. The secondary target that produces the monochromatic X-rays can be changed by the user. A wide choice of pure or composite target materials can be used to produce specific mono- or multi-wavelength output. This principle of operation is PANalytical- patented technology and makes the Fluor'X Tube particularly beneficial as a single or multi-energy source for gauging applications.
